THREE STEP PROCESS:
1. CLEAN: Our restoration process begins with a cold, fresh water pressure wash cleaning. This removes the burnt membrane, dry rot, algae build-up and other debris. 2. REPAIR: The Second step is to make complete repairs. All hip and ridge caps are replaced and any questionable shakes are carefully removed and replaced. Any damaged felt from being exposed because of burn thru is replaced. The metal valleys are weatherized to prevent rust. This comprehensive repair is both corrective and preventative.
3. TREAT: The final step is the airless spray application of Hayco's exclusive treatment/preservative. It is non-combustible and non-toxic. This material is the very best available. It preserves the shakes and extends the service life of wood roofs. It also enhances their appearance.
WARRANTY: Hayco will then warranty the roof against leaks and moss for five years, extendable to ten, fifteen and twenty years.
